Hi Dewagear Team,

When I tested the AI Vision, we encountered this: Looks like your OpenAI account does not have access to GPT4-Vision model. Contant OpenAI support team to get an access.

We know it was working before.

Please have a look.

Hi Leila,

We checked at our end and it looks good from our end. Please try again cause sometimes the AI engine has a slightly a glitch due to busy server.
